The Eco-Synergistic Connections Program grant is designed to address the needs and improve the instruction of Emergents Bilinguals (EBs) by providing research-based professional development activities for educators in Bilingual, ESL, and other content areas teachers.

The project also has a component to support the engagement of parents/families and communities through resiliency-building activities at home to facilitate educators’ proper and timely use of data to improve literacy for EBs.
